April Movies I Want to See

We’re a week into April already, but I still wanted to make a movies I want to see post. There is one movie coming out this month that I am super excited for, and if you’ve been paying attention, you know which one I mean! Anyway, here are the movies of April that I really want to see!

The Huntsman: Winter’s War – 7 April

As two evil sisters prepare to conquer the land, two renegades, Eric the Huntsman, who previously aided Snow White in defeating Ravenna, and his forbidden lover, Sara, set out to stop them. Cast: Chris Hemsworth, Jessica Chastain, Emily Blunt, Charlize Theron, Sam Claflin, and more. Source: IMDb.

To be honest, I haven’t seen the previous movie in this series, but I’ve read reviews that you don’t really have to have seen that one in order to get this one. So yeah, I am very excited to be seeing this movie very soon, mainly because I just love Chris Hemsworth ok?!

The Jungle Book – 14 April

An orphan boy is raised in the jungle with the help of a pack of wolves, a bear, and a black panther. Cast: Neel Sethi, Bill Murray, Ben Kingsley, idris Elba, Lupita Nyong’o, Scarlett Johansson, Giancarlo Esposito, Christopher Walken, and more. Source: IMDb

When I heard they were going to remake Jungle Book, I got so excited! I thought it was an amazing movie when I first saw the cartoon version, and I really hope that this ‘real’ version will be just as cool. It has an amazing cast, so I think that’s going to be alright.

Captain America: Civil War – 28 April

After another incident involving the Avengers results in collateral damage, political pressure mounts to install a system of accountability, headed by a governing body to oversee and direct the team. The new status quo fractures the Avengers, resulting in two camps, one led by Steve Rogers and his desire for the Avengers to remain free to defend humanity without government interference, and the other following Tony Stark’s surprising decision to support government oversight and accountability. Cast: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson, Don Cheadle, Paul Bettany, Chadwick Boseman, Elizabeth Olsen, Jeremy Renner, Paul Rudd, Sebastian Stan, Anthony Mackie, Tom Holland, and more. Source: IMDb.

Basically the movie I have been waiting for for ages. We’re going to a marathon, even though I wasn’t really planning on going to one (to be honest, the Captain America movies aren’t my favourites of the entire MCU), but seeing as we’d only needed to pay 2,50 for three movies, we thought ‘why not’. I really hope this movie will be great, but seeing as a lot of my favourite characters are in it, I don’t doubt it. I just hope it won’t be too sad.

So these are the three movies released in April that I am looking forward to the most.

Which movies are you excited for?
