Blossom Books is a Dutch publisher, who are I believe specialized in publishing young adult books. And they’ve organised their first read-a-thon. Something I had never participated in, until this time. Because being 8 books behind your reading challenge is not really something to be happy about, and I thought this reading challenge might help me read more books and maybe get ahead of schedule again.
So I picked some books from my to-read pile and started reading. I chose some books that I had recently bought that I was really excited to read, and some books that I had bought quite a while back. I also picked one book that I wanted to re-read, but I might not get to that this time. The books I picked were:
So far, while writing this post, I have finished Loki’s Wolves, and A Court of Thorns and Roses, and am more than halfway through Bone Quill. I have also made some pictures for two of the challenges Blossom Books have organised to do during the read-a-thon. The first one (or I think it was the second challenge? I’m not sure, I can’t find what the first challenge was) was to collect all your blue books and make a picture of them. The third challenge was to spell your name with booktitles. I am ashamed to say that I could only find one book that started with an E. Anyway, without further ado here are the pictures I made for the two challenges:
And now I am going to continue reading, because I want to finish Bone Quill today! I am already six books behind schedule now so I really hope I’ll be able to get it to two books behind or perhaps make it so that I am perfectly on schedule!
