WWW & Waiting On Wednesday (05/11)

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme organized by MizB from Should Be Reading. It has you answering the following three questions: What are you currently reading; What did you recently finish and What do you think you’ll read next? To see my previous WWW Wednesday posts, just click this link and it’ll take you to the right page! (I skipped last week’s Wednesday, because I was very tired and I hadn’t really read much that week anyway so here I am with a post for two weeks).

silhouetteWHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING? | I am currently reading Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas, and I love it very much! I haven’t read a lot more since last week, but I am doing my best to finish the book as soon as I can. I am also still reading the book about mythology, I have read most of the passages that I really wanted to read, and now I’m just making my way through the other parts of the book.

And I have started Silhouette, a Doctor Who book, by Justin Richards. I like this book very much, though some minor parts are a bit predictable.

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH? | I haven’t finished any books since last Wednesday, and that is mostly because I’ve been watching a lot of Supernatural, went to a concert and slept a lot.

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL READ NEXT?  | As soon as I finish Silhouette, I’d like to start Dangerous Girls by Abigail Haas, which has just been delivered to me. I heard a lot of good things about this book, and I just can’t wait to get started. And I am going to reread Mockingjay by Suzanne Collins before the movie comes out. I am going to a Hunger Games marathon on the 18th which makes me really happy!

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly blog hop hosted by Breaking the Spine, where I will post about upcoming releases that I am excited for!

shadowcabTitle: The Shadow Cabinet (Goodreads)
Series: Shades of London #3
Author: Maureen Johnson
Release date: 5 February 2015

Grieving, shaken, and feeling very much alone, Rory’s life as a member of the Shades of London has changed irrevocably. It’s only been a matter of hours since Stephen was taken from her, possibly for ever. Her classmate Charlotte is still missing, kidnapped by the same people who tried to take Rory. Rory is no longer a schoolgirl haplessly involved in the dealings of a secret government unit. She is their weapon in a matter of life and death.

With hardly a moment to think for herself, Rory is back to work. Charlotte must be found — as must Stephen, if he is even out there. Lines must be drawn and forces rallied. Something is brewing under London, something bigger and much more dangerous than what has come before. The Shadow Cabinet holds the key to everything, and it is up to Rory to unravel its mysteries before time runs out…

I am still a bit angry at the way the previous book, The Madness Underneath, ended and I REALLY want to get my hands on this book because I want to know how the story will go on. A fourth book has also been confirmed, which makes me extremely happy! I JUST WANT A HAPPY ENDING FOR RORY OKAY?!

What are you reading, what did you recently finish, what do you want to start reading, and what’s the first book on your wishlist? Share your answers in a comment (a link to your blog or just your answers if you don’t have a blog)!
