Unboxing – #ZBOX September ’17

In December last year, I bought my first ZBOX. I’d stumbled upon their website a while before and thought the theme for their December box sounded interesting and Star Wars-y. Throughout this year there were several boxes that sounded interesting but had some things that I knew I wouldn’t like. But September’s theme, Heroes, was right up my alley. I received the box a couple of days ago and immediately opened it to see what goodies they had chosen for this theme! If you have received this box and do not want to be spoiled, please do not read any further! Like I’d said, the theme …

Top Ten Fictional Boyfriends

Do you ever read about a character and think ‘Oh I wish this person was my boyfriend/girlfriend’? Well, you’re probably not the only one. I’ve read about plenty of characters where I was like ‘I want one’, so today is a perfect day to talk about them. (I decided to make it into fictional boyfriends rather than just bookish because technically some of these are inspired by their movie counterparts). Also instead of adding book covers, I picked out the best fanart I could find. Their names will be linked to the page of the artist. Top Ten Tuesday is a weekly meme organised by The Broke and the Bookish. …

October Movies I Want to See

I can’t believe we’re almost at the end of the year already! October is another month full of new movie releases, and I’ve listed the three movies I’m most definitely looking forward to. The Mountain Between Us – 16 October Stranded after a tragic plane crash, two strangers must forge a connection to survive the extreme elements of a remote snow covered mountain. When they realize help is not coming, they embark on a perilous journey across the wilderness. Cast: Idris Elba, Kate Winslet. IMDB. According to the Pathé website, this movie comes out at the end of October, but I’m already seeing it on the 16th as …

Wrap-Up: September 2017

September is almost over, which means we need to wrap things up! I have kind of picked up blogging again this month, but I do need to work on my reviewing skills. I reviewed one book I finished this month, though technically it’s the only review-able book I have read this month. Anyway, let’s wrap things up because even though I hardly read any books this month, I did buy a lot of stuff. Oops? Books I bought, received Ruin and Rising by Leigh Bardugo A Monster Calls by Patrick Ness Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them DVD The Lost Hero by Rick Riordan Tower of …

Trailer: Forces of Destiny

Disney has released a trailer for another couple of episodes of Forces of Destiny a YouTube show featuring the ladies of the Star Wars universe. I’ve watched the previous episodes when they came out and enjoyed them, even though they were really short. So I am definitely looking forward to this second part of the season! Forces of Destiny will continue in October

Behind the Scenes #38

And we’re at the end of another month! I decided not to do a BTS post halfway through the month, seeing as it was too close to the previous one and I didn’t really have any pictures to show. But at the end of the month, I managed to scrape together some pictures to make it seem as if I did some actual stuff this past month… Let’s take a look at September through pictures! I received this Kate Bishop suit in the mail, but I’m going to resell it because it doesn’t fit me well enough. I’ve decided to just buy a regular morph …
