Behind the Scenes

All I want for Christmas is…

It’s almost time for Christmas, which a lot of people celebrate of course, including my family. We’ll have presents, lots of food, happiness, a Doctor Who Christmas special and hopefully even some snow! I decided to make a general wishlist, things I would love to get for Christmas, but not necessarily just for Christmas. I just love making lists of things I’d like to buy when I have money!

  • The Complete Sherlock Holmes – (Almost) all the Sherlock Holmes stories written by Sir Arthur Conan Doyle. I already own a copy of The Hound of the Baskervilles and a book with some other Sherlock Holmes stories, but I would love to own all the stories.
  • All Harry Potter movies on DVD – Yes, shocked aren’t you? I don’t have all the movies on DVD because there was a time in which I thought buying DVD’s was a waste. We have the first two movies on DVD, but that’s it – the rest I am going to have to ask or buy myself soon!
  • Hermione’s wand – I already own Voldemort’s wand, which I bought actually not because I love the character, but because I love the design of his wand. My favourite character is Luna, and I already have her wand (my friend went to Manchester and told me they had all the wands there, so she offered to take Luna’s wand with her for me, yay). Or maybe just a wand that is nice/easy to hold and not too heavy (because both Luna’s and Voldemort’s are not that comfortable to hold all day long) for cosplay purposes, of course.
  • BBC Sherlock Cluedo – A couple of years ago I bought a Harry Potter version of Cluedo, even though I had never played the game before. I also don’t really love boardgames, but I just had to own this version. Now there is a Sherlock version which is really cool because Sherlock is basically just Cluedo but ‘real’, if you know what I mean.

So yeah, that’s all I can think of at the moment, I will try to update this list if I think of something else I want. If you feel like giving any of these to me, just let me know! (Just kidding… Or am I?)
