WWW & Waiting On Wednesday (15/10)

WWW Wednesday is a weekly meme organized by MizB from Should Be Reading. It has you answering the following three questions: What are you currently reading; What did you recently finish and What do you think you’ll read next? To see my previous WWW Wednesday posts, just click this link and it’ll take you to the right page!

deadandgoneWHAT ARE YOU CURRENTLY READING? | Right now, I am re-reading The Dead and the Gone by Susan Beth Pfeffer. I haven’t really read a lot of it, but I have been reading another book as well, which takes up more of my attention at the moment.

And that book is The One by Kiera Cass. I didn’t love the previous two books, but I enjoyed them so I am curious to see how this book is going to end. I’m halfway through this book, and nothing really exciting has happened yet but I am just hoping for something really awesome to happen in the second part.

WHAT DID YOU RECENTLY FINISH? | I finished re-reading Life As We Knew It by Susan Beth Pfeffer, not in twenty-four hours like I did the last time, but in about two days. I enjoyed it just as much as the last time, and I ordered the last book in the series already so I can continue reading, yay!

I also finished The Elite by Kiera Cass, and I’ve already posted my review of it. Which reminds me, I have also posted my reviews for The Selection by Kiera Cass and Virgin River by Robyn Carr. (If you click the links you’ll be send to the reviews).

WHAT DO YOU THINK YOU’LL READ NEXT?  | When I’m finished with The One, I’ll read the two available novellas for the Selection series, and then I think I’ll be reading The Shade of the Moon by Susan Beth Pfeffer, if it’s arrived by the time I finish the third book. Or perhaps Heir of Fire by Sarah J. Maas, because I ordered that one as well, and I’m very excited for it!

Waiting On Wednesday is a weekly blog hop hosted by Breaking the Spine, where I will post about upcoming releases that I am excited for!

theheir1Title: The Heir (Goodreads)
Series: The Selection #4
Author: Kiera Cass
Release date: 5 May 2015

{no summary yet}

So Kiera Cass is going to write more books in the Selection series, and The Heir will be the fourth book. Though lots of people have said they liked the ending of The One and they wouldn’t have minded if there wouldn’t be any more books. Personally, I do think this feels a bit like The Mortal Instruments, which was originally supposed to be a trilogy as well, but after the ‘success’ of the first three books, Clare wrote three more. Oh well, we’ll see how this ends. I am curious though!

What are you reading, what did you recently finish, what do you want to start reading, and what’s the first book on your wishlist? Share your answers in a comment (a link to your blog or just your answers if you don’t have a blog)!
