Trailer News: Deadpool 2, The Incredibles, Simon Vs., Infinity War

These past two weeks have been full of new trailer releases, but there were four in particular that I’ve been very excited for. Today I’m going to show you which four movies that were, and when they’re coming out!

Deadpool 2 – June 2018

After surviving a near fatal bovine attack, a disfigured cafeteria chef (Wade Wilson) struggles to fulfill his dream of becoming Mayberry’s hottest bartender while also learning to cope with his lost sense of taste. Searching to regain his spice for life, as well as a flux capacitor, Wade must battle ninjas, the yakuza, and a pack of sexually aggressive canines, as he journeys around the world to discover the importance of family, friendship, and flavor – finding a new taste for adventure and earning the coveted coffee mug title of World’s Best Lover. Cast: Ryan Reynolds, Josh Brolin, Zazie Beetz, Morena Baccarin, Brianna Hildebrand. IMDB.

I loved the first movie very much, and this trailer is just hilarious already, though we do see some actual footage from the movie in a very brief moment. I can’t wait to see Cable and Domino make their appearance and I just can’t wait for more Deadpool humour! I mean even this synopsis is a joke (obviously, we’ll probably get a real synopsis w/ a full trailer).

The Incredibles 2 – June 2018

Bob Parr (Mr. Incredible) is left to care for Jack-Jack while Helen (Elastigirl) is out saving the world. Cast: Holly Hunter, Samuel L. Jackson, Sarah Vowell, Craig T. Nelson, Huck Milner. IMDB.

Ok, this teaser shows us relatively nothing, but I AM SO PUMPED! The Incredibles is one of my favourite movies, though I hardly talk about it because there are so many movies my favourite, but oh my god I was so excited to hear we’re getting a sequel!

Love, Simon – March 2018

Everyone deserves a great love story. But for Simon it’s complicated: no-one knows he’s gay and he doesn’t know who the anonymous classmate is that he’s fallen for online. Resolving both issues proves hilarious, scary and life-changing. Cast: Nick Robinson, Alexandra Shipp, Katherine Langford, Jennifer Garner, Josh Duhamel. IMDB.

Basically, everyone in book world is excited about this movie, because it’s the adaptation of Becky Albertalli’s first novel Simon Vs. the Homo Sapiens Agenda. It’s not my favourite book of hers, but I did very much enjoy it, so I am obviously looking forward to this movie! I also really love the new title!

Avengers: Infinity War – April 2018

The Avengers and their Super Hero allies must be willing to sacrifice all in an attempt to defeat the powerful Thanos before his blitz of devastation and ruin puts an end to the universe. Cast: Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Josh Brolin. IMDB.

I just – ehm – I need a moment, OK? This trailer killed me. Seeing all my favs, seeing them getting hurt, seeing them being happy or sad and I JUST CANNOT SEE THIS MOVIE OH MY GOD MARVEL WHY ARE YOU DOING THIS TO ME … … … Ok, I am calm. AHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH.

Which trailer were you very excited for this month?
