February is, of course, another month where movies come out, and I have compiled a list of the movies I want to see this month. This month is a bit of a quiet month, as there isn’t really a movie I HAVE to see this month. So I just picked out a bunch that sounded interesting.
A Monster Calls – 2 February
A boy seeks the help of a tree monster to cope with his single mother’s terminal illness. Cast: Lewis MacDougall, Sigourny Weaver, Liam Neeson, Felicity Jones, Toby Kebbell. IMDB.
I had the opportunity to see it a lot sooner, and I had actually booked a ticket – even though I was supposed to go alone. But that day I felt really ill, so I decided to cancel my ticket and just wait for the movie to officially come out. I had no idea it would take this long, otherwise, I may have just gone that day back in October. Oh well. I am very much looking forward to this movie, even though I have not read the book yet.
Lego Batman movie – 8 February
Bruce Wayne must not only deal with the criminals of Gotham City, but also the responsibility of raising a boy he adopted. Cast: Jenny Slate, Will Arnett, Ralph Fiennes, Zach Galifianakis, Rosario Dawson. IMDB.
Yeah, I know. I don’t like Batman, but I do want to see this movie. Why? I love Lego. It’s that simple. I have no idea what this movie is about because I haven’t seen the trailer, but if it’s anything like the Lego movie, I think I will enjoy it!
The Space Between Us – 23 February
The first human born on Mars travels to Earth for the first time, experiencing the wonders of the planet through fresh eyes. He embarks on an adventure with a street smart girl to discover how he came to be. Cast: Asa Butterfield, Britt Robertson, Gary Oldman, Carla Gugino, BD Wong. IMDB.
Simply because this movie is about space and yeah. Otherwise, I don’t really know what it’s about. But yeah, if a movie happens in space, I will most likely love it so SIGN ME UP FOR THIS.
